30-Day Return and Exchange Policy

We offer refunds if you are unsatisfied with our products or if the product is defected. Please read our return and refund policies below for more details under different circumstances.

Return without reason

You have the flexibility to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your product if you're not satisfied, regardless of the condition of the product. Please note that the refund will not include the delivery charges for returning and we will retain 25% of the product value of the refund for restocking charge. Customer will be responsible for the return shipment.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items being returned must be in pristine condition: unused, unassembled, uninstalled, with all original tags and packaging intact. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. For items being returned, ensure that they are sent back within 30 days.

Significant damage or missing parts

In the event of significant damage or missing parts upon arrival, we will offer a 100% refund. For other cases of damage, refunds will be issued up to 80% based on the extent of damage. Please note that it is normal for some products to exhibit slight variations in color or appearance from display pictures. This can be attributed to various factors, including lighting conditions, photographic angles, individual screen settings, and minor variations in manufacturing processes. Such differences are not considered defects and will not be grounds for considering a product as deficient or eligible for return based on perceived color discrepancy.

Refunds will be processed automatically on your original payment method within 30 days, or you can opt for store credit or an exchange for a replacement, depending on your preference.

Damage during transit

In the event of damage during transit, it's important to upload pictures of the product with its original packaging, the entire product, and the damaged portion.

 

Regardless of whether your request is approved or declined, we will communicate our decision via email. If you're unsatisfied with the outcome, you are welcome to respond to the email, and our client concierge team will address your concerns accordingly.

Any instances of missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Reports made beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for compensation or replacement, and we reserve the right to provide a final explanation.

We strongly advise you to inspect your items within 48 hours of receiving them and promptly notify our customer service team if you discover any issues. Please include a copy of your original order confirmation, confirm the item number and quantity of the defective item(s), and provide clear photographs or videos that clearly show the defects. To facilitate a faster response, kindly include pictures of the shipping label, packaging, the product itself, and the damaged part.

Shipping delay

At Arctic Lounge, we are committed to providing you with a reliable and timely shipping experience. We understand the frustration that can arise from delays, and we take this matter seriously. Our trusted shipping partners have consistently delivered our orders on schedule, with a track record of over 95% on-time deliveries. However, in the rare event of a shipping delay, that is 30 days later then the expected arrival, we want to make it right for you. As a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer a store credit equivalent to 10% of the order value in the case of a shipping delay. Your trust in us is essential, and we are dedicated to ensuring that your shopping experience remains exceptional.

Items on sale

For items on sale/discount, we cannot guarantee to provide a full refund or store credit unless the item received has significant deficit or damage.
